MOLYCUT is a range of high-performance lubricants designed for severe metal working operations such as drilling, reaming and tapping. They are highly concentrated mixtures of lubricity and reactive extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. All of the products in the range provide excellent surface finish to components and protect tooling from wear and damage. They are suitable for most drilling, reaming and tapping (spiral point, spiral flute and fluteless) operations on most metals.

Molytec Molypaste Anti-Gall is a molybdenum disulphide and nickel based stainless thread lubricant. Molytec Molypaste is an anti-galling paste and anti-seize compound that provides a low friction coating to prevent galling and heat freeze. Containing rust and corrosion inhibitors, it does not contain graphite, copper or lead. Ideal for use on stainless steel fasteners flange/pump bolts and metal fittings.

Foodtec anti-seize is a premium quality anti-seize compound developed specifically for use in applications where incidental food contact is possible. This aluminium complex based antiseize is composed entirely of ingredients that meet Australian Quarantine Inspection Service, NSF/FDA requirements and protects metals parts from seizure, galling, rust, corrosion and heat freeze by tenaciously adhering to the metal surface. Halal Approval No: H-1.

Molytec Copatec Anti-Seize is a copper based anti-seize compound. Developed to protect metal parts from corrosion, galling and seizing. Ideal for corrosive environments and extreme temperature conditions. Contains anti-oxidants, anti-corrosion inhibitors, copper and metallic particles in a bentone base.
Resistant to Acid, Alkali, Seawater, Water and Steam. Remains effective at surface temperatures up to 1100c.

Molytec Nickeltec Anti-Seize is a nickel based antiseize compound. Developed to protect metal parts from corrosion, galling and seizing. Nickeltec eases assembly & disassembly of slip fit and threaded joints. Formulated for severe environments, these products protect against high temperatures up to 1450c.

DCM Black n Zinc is a industrial strength, fast drying black coating to provide greater protection against rust and corrosion, and provides a long lasting top coat finish. Black n' Zinc is suitable for use in workshops, garages, metal fabrication and welding and any industrial structure that need protection from the elements.

Silva n Zinc is a fast drying, industrial strength 100% epoxy coating designed to protect steel against corrosion, at the same time giving a gloss silver appearance to the painted surface. Silva n'Zinc gives corrosion resistance via both barrier protections and sacrificial protection via a presence of zinc. Silva n Zinc uses a 99% purity zinc dust. Silva n Zinc is ideal to touch up and coat hot dipped gal structures and is suitable for use on all types of substrates.

Quick Zinc is an aerosol Zinc-enriched primer that enables a fast drying, anti corrosive coating to be applied to metal surfaces. This provides a protective & durable coating for all types of metal including galvanised pipe, fencing, roofing, wrought iron, gates etc. It’s also suitable as a weld through primer and can be powder coated when dry. Quick Zinc uses a 99% purity zinc dust, and the dry film contains 83% zinc.

Molytec Weld Anti-Spatter is a heavy-duty water based anti-spatter liquid which provides instant shielding against welding spatter. Exceptional performance, biodegradable product that significantly reduces or eliminates spatter adhesion on weld nozzles, work pieces and tooling. Does not contain no chlorinated solvents or silicones and is non-toxic, nonflammable and will not create porosity or pinholes in welds. Solvent-free formula which reduces fume formation, is silicone free, easy to clean and paintable, and prevents corrosion, the water soluble formula is economical to use and is non-toxic, non-flammable and eliminates risk of flash during welding. Prevents weld spatter from sticking even after prolonged welds.

Zinc Cote galvanising spray is a high quality, zinc rich coating that contains 93% ultra pure zinc dust by weight in the dried film. This bonds to clean iron or steel surfaces to provide maximum protection against corrosion and rust creepage. A weld-through primer that can be powder coated, Molytec Zinc Cote is suitable for a variety of applications in automotive, marine, industrial, steel and mining industries.
